Acutely Arcane and Siren Song are astoundingly powerful abilities, primarily because an unlimited access to magic of any kind and being more powerful than anyone else of comparison are [i]huge[/i]. I have yet to see anything written for magic that is nearly as powerful. However, do note while I approve this, I will add the stipulation that because this particular character is frail, assume they are a "glass cannon". Any injury or damage they are going to sustain is going to be crippling because of Hollow Bones, which is the only saving grace I can give this.
