[@DracoLunaris] Lily and Julian are excellent, I just have a few comments I'd like to make:

	-His physical description feels a tad sparse for my tastes. Unless you're intentionally holding off on fleshing out his appearance till you can get a good shot of your custom Julian SPARK in your current X-COM campaign. If that's the case I totally understand.

[b]Tools & Repairs[/b]
	-Tools or machines like the SPARK Bit able to repair make perfect sense for Lily and Julian to have. I would like to comment on how repairing things will work in this RP.

		[u]Battlefield Repairs[/u]- During a fight or when out on a mission someone with the proper tools, skills, or device can make temporary repairs to something. Fixing a fuse box, getting a shot up generator running, closing a breach in an allied robot's chassis, est. Jury rigging that doesn't require any materials, simply time and the right tool/skill. It's temporary and after the mission/battle the object in question will return to being [i][Damaged][/i] or outright [i][Broken][/i] but temporary repairs can be life savers. 

		[u]Proper Repairs:[/u] Like you mentioned on your sheet, parts are required to enact repairs. You can only work with what's available in a device/machine so much before you need to add new material to repair or fix what is there. When trying to fix an item or something in town you need to use up something to do so. 

		'Parts' can mean a lot however. Scrap metal, broken weapons and machines you can break down for their components, raw materials, est. If your character finds something and you can think of a suitable justification on using it for a repair, then by all means try to do so. As long as they have the skills and your writing is solid then it'll be fine.

		There are limits to this however so deciding to build Engineering/Repair related improvements in 2Fort might be a good idea if keeping equipment working becomes an issue.
