Given the amount of (3) abilities and items you still have, I strongly suggest you reduce some of them to Tier (2) levels unless they are your character's area of specialization. For example, your character might reasonably have two, [i]maybe[/i] three Tier (3)s, then a handful of (2)s, then a few (1)s.
