[@The Harbinger of Ferocity] If you cannot perceive my criticisms as anything more than complaints when I've already shown a great deal of compliance in weakening my character, I have... No words. Sorry if my compliant attitude, and flexibility to the whims of the universe have come across as malicious. I still can't imagine why they would be construed as such, but you have my apologies, either way. Just as I have the right to misinterpret the tier list, you have the right to misinterpret my intentions, I suppose. But I've clarified it at this point, so there should be no issue. As for resolutions to the tier system's current state, I would imagine them to be obvious. Increase the detail of the tier list vastly. Unless you're looking for me, or anyone else, to guide you in doing so, assuming that be the intent of the GMs, I have nothing else to say on the matter of tiers. Moving back to Dacer, I still don't understand how his Kit maintains a Tier above 4 with several abilities that can be compared to earthly elements (An electrical outlet, dry ice, literal fire, and high wind pressure respectively) and a specialisation that maintains relative balance, when limited by the spectrum of shooting in a straight line, sans Staticshock. The alternatives to firing in a straight line, ergo the cloud and Amp routes, require substantial Prep, and are something that most T3 characters should be able to deal with. As far as his physical abilities go, they go no further than T3 at best, and his durability in the face of physical damage arguably ranks at T1/T2. I'm at a loss. I will await more feedback before I make any further changes, or deviate to another character concept entirely.
