[@Assallya] I'd go for canon, but we wont be bound to much by this. Legends influences are fine. I am somewhat concerned in a similar fashion, but the world itself allows for this only so much. Being superawesomegreyjedi will quickly get you Vader's lightsaber up your ass :p.
