Hilde is a striking woman with dark brown hair, dark eyes and a smooth, heart shaped face. She is a little over average height with the wiry muscle. Nearly five years as a mercenary have given her a perpetual tan and her hands are marred with the burns one acquires after years handling firearms. Hilde dresses in practical fashion with a tough leather coat over dark wollens. She carries a variety of equipment in pouches and hanging from her belts. Most prominent are a pair of pistols and a light cavalry saber of the Kislevite style.
 
History: 
Hilde was born into a rich merchant family but was given as a girl to the Sisters of Shyalla as a payment for a healing they performed on her mother. She grew up in the convent and learned the healing arts tending the wounded and sick.
 
When Hilde was nineteen, shortly before she took her vows as a fully fledged sister, the cloister was attacked by raiders from one of the roaming chaos warbands. Many were killed and most of the sisters hauled off as booty by the vicious northmen.
 
It is uncertain how Hilde managed to escape but she showed up a few months later on the outskirts of Tabelheim begging for food. One of the wandering mercenary companies took her in as a washer woman and discovered her skill at healing. Over the next few years she learned to handle herself and eventually left the company to strike out on her own.
