[@Conch Shell VII] I'd say neither are evil enough to straight up murder the disabled, but Liberty has a large focus on eugenics, so I'd say they probably have a lot less of a disabled population than Erubesco. In Liberty, if your disability was genetic, you'd most likely be forbidden from having children, for instance.
