Isn't this like almighty push in a sense? You can just put your hand to someone and concentrate enough pushing force to blow them away. Given, that would also send you flying but if your holding your ground and using this on someone or an object that isn't attached to the ground you could do that.
Can you walk on air with this? Using a big enough pushing force you could literally walk on air.

So you basically store jutsu inside of crystals? Like most seal their jutsu inside a scroll you transform it into a tiny crystal to then throw and unleash it amonf other things?

So basically you can use this to turn any jutsu or chakra ability that uses one of the chakra natures that you have into crystals or control it. But, can you also attach this to a physical body, say a human's? And control him? What strength should that human have to break free? Given, as you said it can't sever the link easily but for you to control a body with an opposing force you should match that force and surpass it.

How big are these pathways exactly? If someone was to, lets say, move in between these pathways dodging them, could he effectively sneak up and kill the user? By the way you described it, the user can't cover all the are around him like a sphere with the user in the center would.

What if Kaijura is destroyed or cut in many pieces, does it heal back up? Besides the limbs reattaching, if they are separated over long distances, can it regrow them?

When you say "crystallize", is it just that? Makes it into a crystal or also reduces it's size? For example, lets say that the user casts a S rank wide area destruction fire Jutsu, that will wipe an entire village in less than 10 seconds. How would that crystallization effect work on this kind of jutsu that spreads on all sides? What if it is a channeling jutsu, do you also have to channel the crystallization for as long as the enemy channels his?

Yeah...here you can just alter the pressure of wind around the person as so to create a vacuum like in space. Have you read about how fast people die in space? Assuming their lungs don't explode as they exhale the air to prevent that, with that technique you can kill someone in 90 seconds, being generous. But that is a lot of time isn't it? Any water directly exposed to the environment, such as [b]the liquid on your eyes or tongue would boil off in a matter of seconds[/b] and about ~ 10 seconds into the ordeal, you would lose vision. Moments later, you would likely lose consciousness, a result of gas exchange working in reverse and oxygen being dumped from your blood. So kill anyone in a few seconds.

Well let's say you created the storm. Natural strong winds can make the storm move at ~50 mph. And you don't even need to control the storm  during that time. Just by using strong currents of wind combined with your crystal pathways you can carry it over to a village hundreds of miles away. And since you totally control the wind, no one can use wind jutsus to push the storm away. And that 15 minutes of control? What else beside wind currents do you need to a control a storm with? You really need nothing more than wind manipulation to control the storm or even dissipate it.

Suijin-kyō(水神強 'Ocean God's Breath')
There is a very long process that pertains to air circulation in our body. I thought this would need at least a little focus to maintain. I mean you don't need to breathe.

Toga Kōsui(都雅河水 'Sinuous stream')
You can also submerge another person in this water and will 2 currents in this body of water so as to twist someone in half. And it is C-rank.
