[/quote] I'd imagine so, and I've always found 'swords and sandals' style human level combat to be a solid indicator of skill as well, though making a specific tier or build an official benchmark wouldn't be fair for everyone. I know wonderfully skilled players who've never touched an unpowered character in their career.
