Tartys It was a close run thing, but with the meteor storm distracting and battering down the AA defenses Tartys was able to slip inside the factory with little trouble. There she found that things were already happening, mostly courtesy of the demons who had infiltrated and were now trying to make a mess of the place while the Machina fought back. Big shock there, though so far it seemed like the defenders were surprisingly occupied. Compared to the resistance that they had put up at Alt Signia, the Machina must not have thought as highly of this place, even if Eos had shown up. "Well then, time to do my part," she muttered as she flew along, weaving through the dangerous machinery with her weapon at the ready. If they weren't going to defend this place with everything they had, then she had no reason to hold back. "Blessed light, burn!" Her yell met with the charging of her magic, before scintillating beams of light lashed out. Concentrated head would melt through metal and destroy machinery, as she channeled her mana into the attack. So she flew on, dodging defenses and natural hazards as she made new ones. Her blows were focused on production lines and other important bits of machinery, things that would create even worse hazards when they were destroyed. That way it would hinder anything coming after her. Let the Machina try and stop her now. [@KoL]
The Cloud Though the anti-air defenses had taken a battering, the Cloud deemed the damage that had been suffered within acceptable tolerances. It would have been much more grievous without its warning, by all predictive analyses. Further surveying of the situation indicated Machina units moving on the Angelic fortress, while battle continued to sputter on in the factory behind them. The fighting seemed to be contained though, so it viewed moving on as acceptable. Initially it was prepared to assist Grafdakka, but developments on the battlefield rapidly changed that. The arrival of the Lviathan was unexpected and unwelcome as a tide of water swept across the battlefield, washing away those unfortunate enough to not be locked down. It harmed the demons too, but on the whole it was a powerful boon for the Angels as the Leviathan arrived. Quickly the Cloud accessed the Machina network, and within moments had all the information on the beast that the Machina had, including the records of the previous battle. Had the Angels been able to force its cooperation because of that previous fight? Something to think about, but ultimately irrelevant. It was able to overcome the water by flying over it, but finding itself the target of the ice attack was more problematic even if surprise did not factor in because of its reaction times. Its imminent freezing was countered by the further boost from Eos, allowing it to output the power necessary to keep itself from freezing until it had moved out of the attack. "Calculating strategy variables. Conclusion reached. Executing." With that the Cloud broke apart from its roughly humanoid form into, well, several smaller clouds. Those would fly towards the Leviathan to assault it from multiple angles, using its size to get beneath any armor plates that might try to stop it, and applying burst after burst of energy weapons fire from different angles in increasing intensity to wear it down. Even if it smashed some or some were lost to acid o frozen, the continual flow of nanites from the factory did not stop, meaning that it only grew stronger even as it wore the Leviathan down.
