She considers herself rather boring. Sarah is really just a huge nerd, when she's not superheroing she's playing video games at home or with some of the few friends she managed to gather over the years. Sarah's the type of person who doesn't believe much of herself, but refuses to stand by and let other people feel the same. Which is probably why she picked up the hero gig. Her temper flares fairly easily when people try to kick her or others down, especially when it's for reasons that don't actually matter in the end. Rich snobby ladies and things like that looking down on people for being less better off. Sarah is quick to fight and defend but she doesn't really see herself as some kind of hero.

Not the type of person to back down, she can be immensely stubborn and is willing to do anything to succeed at whatever it is that's caught her attention.

Casually she's always wearing the beanie and her glasses. 

Her superhero outfit has her clad in a series of black, red, and yellow colors. She has a red leather jacket with a yellow trimming that followed the hem of her jacket, from the entire collar, down along the zippers and around to the bottom of the coat to meet fully in the back in a thick bold band and then bright yellow bands around her wrists over a plain white shirt. Attached to the jacket is a red hood and a yellow mask covering her eyes and passing her nose, covering her cheekbones entirely. She finally ended the ensemble with simple black leather pants and black combat boots.

An orphan since she was a baby left at a hospital she spent some time between group homes and foster care. The young blonde girl ended up bouncing around a lot between various homes and "families", never staying in one place too long especially after her powers started manifesting. Accidentally shocking her foster siblings and parents there was no one who wanted to keep a kid with a temper who had inexplicable habit of being able to cause problems for those around her. But she always found a love for gaming in the few houses and arcades she could find as she moved through the system.

In her teens she started working to actually learn how to use her powers, rather than letting flares of anger control them. If only to give her something to stay out of whatever house she was in at the time. The hours of work paid off and she could do all sorts of things before too terribly long.

Eventually she aged out of the system and got herself a job, first waitressing while taking classes for computer engineering. This landed her a job in an office as a IT person for a local media giant. The job fit in rather well with her other job, vigilante-ism. She took on the name Sparks and tackled crime everywhere she went. Using her position at the media company she was able to keep track and pick up on local crimes right from her job and at home, being connected to the system from home to pick up on any faults in the building from home as well.
