Tier/influence: 3 (Regional) - Though extensively modified, Diana has no weapons or gear that could cause extensive damage on their own, and no supernatural, psionic or magical capabilities whatsoever. The only exception to this is her ship: though it is hardly unique, by the very nature of ship weaponry it will easily outmatch a personal firearm. Groups: Love Bomb Piracy Front Appearance: Diana is of fairly average height and weight, with a metal-based product replacing her skin. It is obviously not real, but it is of the expensive kind that is close enough not to be considered ugly by non-Archimedians. She has bright blue eyes, and a brighter third eye in her forehead. There are very obvious lines where the sheets of synthetic skin meet, and a small vent on each cheek to prevent the overheating of internal mechanisms. Her hair is dark, and usually tied back in a ponytail. Personality: Diana is a skilled leader, and very loyal to her crew. She commands loyalty through respect, being known as an excellent improviser. She'd rather act quickly with the best option immediately available than wait in the hope that a new one will present itself. Other captains call her impatient, but they can't deny that she gets results. She knows she'll have difficulty if she ever has to abandon ship, as it has significant sentimental value to her, as many other ships do to their own captains. Even if she does, she will make sure that every other person on the ship is safe before she'll even consider escaping herself. She is no fanatic, but Diana generally supports the exhumanist beliefs of the Archimedian Collective. Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:

[sup](3)[/sup] Noteworthy strategist: First and foremost, Diana is an excellent captain, capable of winning battles (somewhat) against the odds, but being able to recognise when the fight is hopeless and flee without letting pride get in the way.
[sup](2)[/sup] Weapons traning: Diana is proficient in the use of personal armaments, primarily pistols but also assault rifles, carbines and subs when the need arises.
[sup](3)[/sup] Respected Commander:It takes more than intelligence to be a good leader: you need to be able to command respect from your fellows as well, and Diana does just that. With a reputation like hers, her entire crew is happy to serve under her.
Items:

[sup](3)[/sup] Metal-based skin replacement: Bullet resistant, and reduces impact from blunt force, but virtually useless against energy-based attacks, and armour-penetrating rounds will usually get through.
[sup](3)[/sup] Third eye: Can zoom in on distant locations, apply night vision or thermographics, and overlay a heads-up display onto normal vision. Also can optionally transmit audio and video to another location or make recordings.
[sup](3)[/sup] Piston-based muscle enhancement: Pistons built in and around muscles of arms and legs increase physical strength, and reinforce bones to protect them from being broken when maximum force is used.
[sup](2)[/sup] Officer's revolver: Standard-issue high-calibre revolver. High per-shot recoil, high armour piercing capabilities.
[sup](1)[/sup] Officer's uniform: Mostly non-practical, but allows recognition by both allied and enemy forces.
[sup](2)[/sup] Monetary funds: Officers are well-paid, so a large amount of money is available, in Archimedian drachmas.
[sup](4)[/sup] Frigate Ariadne Frigates are ships designed to protect the main force, and the Ariadne is an example which is small, but highly manueverable, with mid-range armour and weaponry.
History: Diana was born to Andrew and Eliza Vultz on the hab-ship Medea. Exposed to only one opinion on the subject of exhumanism her entire childhood, she quickly developed the same one. However, she did not have the patience for the slow, logical approach that a researcher or inventor which so many of the Collective were would need to take. She was more suited to acting on impulse, and the only way that kind of mentality can survive in the Archimedian Collective is in the military. So that's where Diana headed, distinguishing herself as often as she could and moving at a steadfast pace up through the ranks. She made it to where she is now and established a reputation for competence, earning herself some improvements along the way.

Character Sheet for Kobasratha
Name: Kobasratha Title: The Soul Duke Height: 6'1 (7'7 with horns) Weight: 168lbs Age: Old, by demonic standards, though no precise amount is known Race: Demon Tier: 4 (National) - While nothing special in terms of physical power, Kobasratha can potentially affect a huge area using the souls he purchases. Groups: Cult of Lycholme Appearance: Kobasratha is an intimidating figure. Just over six feet tall, with tough, jet black skin and eyes that glow a cold blue. Thick spikes running along the back, pointing skywards like the crown of horns that adorn the brutish head. Powerfully built and distinctly otherworldly. Personality: Kobasratha, like any demon, is utterly malevolent. The only disctinction in that regard is the form that that malevolence takes. Kobasratha's evil resides in a patient, scheming manner. He sees concepts such as faith and morality like a game. He, of all people, would know that everyone has their price, even the most celebrated of saints and the most pious of angels. He is quite content to wait for his plans to come to fruition. He does not celebrate victory, because though he does enjoy it, it no longer seems like there is much chance of failure. Winning is good, but unsurprising. However, he does not seem surprised when he is defeated, either, despite its relative rarity. In truth, he is impressed with the victor, and will often commend them for their success, before devising or improving a plan to continue with. Power is Kobasratha's primary motivation. He desires to gather ever more souls to serve him and establish a permanent base on the mortal plane, from which he will enact further villainy. How will he do this? The greed of mortals and a little fine print tends to get Kobasratha his way. Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:

[sup](4)[/sup] Soul Duke: Kobasratha can sell certain vile commodities to mortals in exchange for their souls, upon death. These include bound lesser demons, castings of powerful enchantments long-forgotten by mortal civilisations, strange and advanced potions and even liquified pain. Upon death, the soul of the mortal will be forcibly transported to Kobasratha's castle in Hell, where he will decide on a use for them.
[sup](2)[/sup] Twin existence: Kobasratha can simultaneously be on the mortal plane and Hell at the same time, organising his army of souls while gathering more "recruits".
[sup](4)[/sup] Shadow of the demon: Kobasratha cannot be physically manifested on the mortal plane for more thana few hours. However, he can possess a weak-willed (definition: unimportant NPC) mortal indefinitely, posing as them and having access to their memories and a general idea of how they would act. Abilities inherent to the body, such as naturally occuring magic, are available to Kobasratha, but learnt abilities (such as studied magic) are not. Abilities which start off inherently but are developed through practice (such as psionics) can be used at the natural level only.
[sup](4)[/sup] Lord of the Dark: Souls are valuable commodities, if you know how to use them. Kobasratha uses many in the processes required to produce many of the other items he uses to buy more souls. He has consumed a number in the past, permanently boosting his physical and mental power. He does not do this often, as this permanently destroys the soul, reducing opportunity for pain. Lastly, there is a process that can turn a captured soul into a weak form of demon, with stronger and more good-aligned souls forming more powerful demons (Kobasratha himself was formed from an angel), which are born compelled to the creator's service, unlesss they are a more powerful demon than the creator.
Items:

[sup](4)[/sup] Thousands of souls: Useful for many things, see above.
[sup](4)[/sup] A wealth of demonic commodities: Used for buying souls, in countless forms and uses, some also mentioned above.
[sup](4)[/sup] Castle Kobasratha: A demiplane about five miles across within Hell. Most of the souls Kobasratha owns are housed here, working for eternity or until their master decides upon another use for them.
History: Kobasratha was orginally an angel, sent as part of a strike force to assassinate Asmodeus himself. The whole operation was going to plan, right up until they finally got into the room with Asmodeus. He had known they were coming, and was nowhere to be seen. In his place a series of traps killed almost the entire team, leaving only the angel that would become Kobasratha standing. It was then that Asmodeus offered the angel a chance to survive and escape an eternity of torture. Kobasratha accepted. Since then, Kobasratha has travelled throughout the universe, with little care for who he hurts. More recently, though, he discovered the planet Lycholme, where almost an entire planet was slaughtered in the name of a powerful necromancer. Seeing a chance to "do business" he made an offer to some of the survivors. A much better chance at survival, in exchange for their humanity. What he meant by this, was that he would turn them into demons. Most accepted, which was excellent for him - he was effectively getting a few dozen souls for free. Never let it be said that Kobasratha does not keep his word.
