I'll say that I can't avoid thinking of this Jester's voice as sounding kinda like Yellow Radio from Accel World. He just looks and behaves too much like him for my mind to not make the association.

By the way, in the matter of voices, Minato has a kinda ambiguous voice (which is the reason of his surprise), kinda like Tsugumi from Nisekoi, for example.
