The province of Oslad has mild summers and harsh winters, with much of the fertile land becoming blanketed in snow. Through years of agricultural labor, much of Oslad proper is plains and farmland, with the rural population taking the fruits of their labors to the steadily growing and industrializing cities of Oslograd, Dukovsta, and Toboskoy to put their products to market. Boletaria: The northern province of the Empire. Boletarians are a strong people built for their harsh mountainous homeland. The Boletarians are warriors at heart and many young Boletarian men seek their place within the Osladian Imperial Army in order to care for their families. In addition to their warrior culture, Boletaria owns a monopoly on the market for northern aquatic goods, with Boletarian seal meat and blubber selling high as an exotic item for the rest of the world. Loren: The eastern most province of the Empire. The Loreni are an exotic people compared to the rest of the Imperial provinces. The Loreni-folk are of tanned skin and hail themselves as master craftsmen, sailors, and poets. While the Osladians and Boletarians toil and wage war, the Loreni are content to sit in their villas and harbors; writing poems and songs, crafting garments of fine silk and assorted colors, and fishing in the calm Loreni waters. Tangary: The southern most province of the Empire. The Tangarians are a proud, and somewhat arrogant, tribal folk hailing from the Tangar Steppes. With a tradition of horse riding and archery, the Tangarians make for excellent scouts, cavalrymen, hunters, and marksmen with a long history of horse lords and mighty chiefs vying for dominance over the massive steppe. Despite all of this, the Tangarians hold their independence above all else, and the Osladian Imperial Army has waged more than a few wars against a persistent insurgency for the independence of the Tangarian horse-folk. -------------------------------------------------- When you begin, you have the following stats: 6, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1. 6 is the best and 1 is the worst.
