Powers/Abilities: Regeneration: Damage to his body is repaired at a greatly accelerated rate.  The new tissue is stronger and performs better than the old tissue did before it was damaged. He has exploited this to improve his speed, reaction, strength, and durability to a level above that of professional athletes.  He can heal from any wound that doesn't cost body parts or his life in about a day, and can regrow missing body parts in a day to a week.

Backstory/ Bio: He was walking home from work one day in Star City when he was jumped by a group of muggers.  He tried to use what martial arts skills he had to fight them off, but when he failed, they beat him for trying to stand up to them, which paralyzed him from the waste down.
When he heard that Mercury Labs was testing a new stem cell treatment, he joined the study and traveled to Central City to live at their facility.  A few hours after the first injection he wheeled himself over to the window of his room to open it, only to see a beam of energy shooting into the sky and a wave of energy come towards him.  When it hit him it knocked him out of his wheelchair, knocking him and the power out.  A few minutes later he woke up and managed to pick himself up enough with his legs to get into bed.
A few days later he was able to move as well as before the accident and was allowed to leave, though they may need to call him back for further testing.  A few months later he returned to Star City and, after realizing his power a few years later, started fighting criminals and learning more martial arts.
