Edit: Whoops. Nearly forgot, this is set sort of "20 minutes into the future" if you will. Nothing very science fictiony, just enough to make central London a bit more widely modernised, as well as excuse any inaccuracies in my research and give us some creative freedom with our plot, and the history leading immediately up to it.
