I feel like we're talking about two different things here. Hopefully KoL's statements will have resolved how big the factory is along with its depth. From my understanding, Artoria and Ruxen are somewhere at the factory's roof while the real center of the factory is Eos's position. As for this whole issue of the plasma, I thought we said Artoria could either deal with it via Leviathan breath, tank it with fire resistance, or haggle Ruxen to teleport her away.
