[@Lmpkio] In my opinion, Mephila has a pretty good set of powerful well rounded abilities. Compared to Henry who has a pretty good set of absurdly powerful but focused abilities, I'd say Henry slightly edges you out due to having Silver Eyes. But it's close enough that I'd put Mephila in my high overall tier of power for characters.

Which is "High for PCs" because GM characters mostly deserve their own category.
