[@Flamelord][@Lucius Cypher] Once is coincidence, twice is happenstance, but three times is enemy action, and suffice it to say I am compelled to speak up when my sense for pattern recognition kicks in. You two know full well this has been as War of the Three has for some time. GMs need to both meet the RPers expectations of a swift posting speed while having enough detail to work with in the process, and the faster they need it, the less detail that gets packed in. Adding to this issue is past attempts to provide ultra detailed posts only for them to ignored outright. A lot of effort went into trying to detail the Elicitor and Sea of Ruthria battles but all those efforts were by and large wasted, and let's not even get into Alt Signia for that matter. Lucius, you claim Grafdakka is a tank meant to endure all sorts of punishment and shrug them off without a care only to be bludgeoned with a nerf bat for ignoring other people's posts. You can be a tank who no sells attacks, but much like your recurring issues in DGO, you struggled to acknowledge attacks of any value were even happening in the first place. Flame, I do admit the details you desire would be helpful if there was even the slightest inkling left that people would acknowledge it in an equivalent fashion, but as we've all seen this battle didn't have the most organized start- What with Greg teleporting straight to Eos, Artoria portalling to the reactor room, etc- and it's been a hell of a time keeping things running as is. You're passive aggressive attitude isn't going to help things here, and even more so considering recent history. This RP has frequent issues, and those issues are addressed as often as possible by people who have lives outside of RPing, and it's with the best intentions we amend what doesn't work and add on what we hope will work. Will this RP ever run perfectly? No. But it can grow given time, and every new challenge overcome leads to new balances that will hopefully improve the RP as a whole just as the RPers all work to benefit their characters by exploiting the paradigm. Just from this battle alone we'll be establishing firm counters to portalling/teleports and probably making the starting placemenet of PCs more orderly in the future battles. I'm not telling either of you to just 'Sit down and shut up', but if all you have to your names is a track record of burning RPs to the ground, then I suggest you kindly refrain from trying to bang your rocks together inside our ramshackle tree house just to make yourselves heard.
