Hello.  I initially started this thread with the OP of the RP I initially had, but realize that perhaps I am overwhelming people.

So instead let us have it be a brief check for interest instead of the reposting of the first iteration of this RP.

[b]Premise[/b]

Set in a unknown point in the future, humans come back from extinction on a tropical alien world.

See, the human species after having been extinct for so long is alive once more thanks to a unmanned colony ship carrying a crew not of full sized humans, but of genetic code.  

Born once more upon landing, the earliest generation would be raised by the Damara AI instead of any human parents once the first children on this alien world were born adapted from the womb.  

The efforts of the Damara AI would prove fruitless, as while successful in giving birth to the humans who would come to colony the new world it proved a horrible parent, as by the second generation of humans the whole initiative simply collapsed.  The first tribe was lost and the troubles that plague the human species would continue to plague it still.

Humans fell back to tribalism once more, fighting aliens among ancient ruins and contenting with a environment that proved itself progressively more different than anything on Earth.  New societies and systems arose as the knowledge of the old humans were recovered and the technology of the ancient aliens who once reigned supreme on these worlds was studied.

Centuries would ensue before any civilization would make itself on this moon once again.  Centuries more just to regain interplanetary space travel.  Interstellar space travel however, remains deeply out of reach.

Now it is current times and the moon system as a whole has proven remarkably complex- for it was not just the moon humans colonized that was actually habitable.  The icy moon and desert moon both proved to be hot beds of life in their own right, with even the planet which all these worlds orbit having massive life forms within its cloudscapes.

More interesting still, these worlds also have intelligent life.  Beings of alien form among these worlds who have been here much longer than we ever have that humans find themselves in constant odds with to this day.

But humans are not the most advanced beings here.  There is the intelligent life that is the ancient custodians of this place, whose motives are cryptic as ever in why they even allowed us to develop space travel once more.  What is known as that these advanced entities the inhabits of the moon system are dealing with are not the actual ancients, but the degenerative descendants of them. 

And the secrets this world holds- all the ancient technologies lying around proving of great opportunity for those seeking fortune, prosperity, knowledge, a reputation, power or something else entirely.  Such scavenging is the lifeblood of civilization, as with every studied artifact comes the potential for new advancements for society.  

In this RP, you can also be a alien society seemingly native to any of the worlds which this moon system holds or even a custodian among the ruins dealing with a whole different situation altogether.

-This is a sci-fi RP that takes place on a jovian moon system that contains a developing human colony with no political unity.

-There is a tropical world, a ice world, a tiny abandoned city world and a desert world in the moon system.

-There is multiple worlds with complex life in said moon system, with intelligent alien life that have developed societies of their own as a strangely common find on these worlds.

-And there are beings known as custodians, the degenerative descendants of the ancient aliens who once reigned supreme over this place who lord over the ruins.

-Players can be any of these three perspectives and are expected to do some world building.
