Sam thought the lodge was pretty nice, much nicer than his house ever was. Although a lot of the place seemed to be made of wood, which was not particularly fireproof. He was sure that wouldn't be too much of an issue though, except maybe in his room, if he had an episode while he was asleep that probably wouldn't end well. He hadn't had an episode like that since his dad had passed though, but he preferred to be on the safe side. The hot tub was strange but Sam knew it was something he'd enjoy, water dampened his powers so he was less likely to hurt anyone, but due to the nature of his powers temperature didn't affect him like it would a normal person so hot tubs always felt amazing no mater how hot they got. At the end of the tour Ashley made her announcement to the group of them about her lycanthropy. He wasn't sure what she was so scared of, that everyone would suddenly hate her? Maybe Sam had just grown up in a very tolerant household, in a way it was necessary to keep himself in check. If he hated groups of people he'd be flaring up a lot more in his everyday life. She left before he could say anything about it, but Sam was sure he'd have time to talk with her, they were all living together now after all. He went out to his bus and grabbed his things, deciding to just leave it out of the garage for now, it was more likely to be in the way inside the garage rather than just off to the side of the lodge. Heading back in Sam decided to occupy the room next to Ashley, might as well fill in the rooms in order. He put his bags on the bed and just left them, he didn't really feel like unpacking yet, he could get to that when he needed something. He left his room and saw the professor standing at the top of the stairs, he may as well ask her now about fireproofing his room. "Professor, I'm glad I found you, I was wondering, is there a way we could work on getting my room a bit more fireproof? We wouldn't want any accidents," he gave a small grin then noticed Ashley at the bottom of the stairs. "Hey Ashley," he looked between her and the professor, "I'm not interrupting anything, am I? Sorry if I am."
