That's 50/50 IMO, since some people in a scene also means more opportunities for interaction. For example, now I'm unable to do anything worthy of note with Minato since his two scene mates are flying away from him.

The second is completely true. I myself was without any time other to deal with my main RPs until yesterday, because of college.
