Ruling

Mitsu's physical charge is at a constant 1.21 GigaWatts of power. An attempt to scale down the amps increases the voltage and the amount of wattage determines his electrical generation is incredibly powerful.
The electrical "charge" of Mitsu correlates to his generation both internally and externally.
We have determined it is likely the Thunder Dome (his Auto Defense) is at the same Charge as his generation (more or less)
The arch-flashes caused by his electricity making contact with the blood ice can default beyond 5000c up to 19,400c.
We can hazard a guess beyond the melting point of ice that it will sublimate.
The blood, from our analysis, has no intricate properties.
The icicle was primed during the time Lyra's character had her hand in her pouch. There's only a 2 second opportunity to launch the projectile and reach her target.
We will assume that the "spike" of blood eye, containing the egg, was primed and then rested on Lyra's head at least within fractions of a second in character time to properly allow it to reach optimal velocity.
The icicle will need to travel a minimum of 50fps to clear 100' in 2 seconds. That's 15.2 m/s. We can safely determine it must have at least traveled in greater of a rate considering the time between actions. The description of its velocity comes next.
We can determine that the icicle will not move at bullet speed described by Pollen since the attack is discernible by the human eye and shows a visible red streak; hence, it must be traveling 300fps or lower.
Due to the icicle's velocity it will only have less than a second (0.6 seconds or lower) to traverse through 30' since it'd penetrate Mitsu's Thunder Dome.
The Thunderdome attacks any foreign objects from the surface of the barrier's limit to all directions inside.
The kinetic impact from 1.21gw of electricity causing arch flashes could disrupt the attacks' trajectory and influence its overall vector
We can assume the icicle's volume (dimensions) is enough to encapsulate the egg-bomb, but we cannot determine its overall dimension. This is important in calculating whether Lyra will have enough mass of the object to adequately repair her attack vs Mitsu's high electrical output.
The ice surrounding the egg was targeted for damage.
Pollen did no retroaction her egg since it was referenced prior to her initial attack and thus it was inferred to be used when the icicle rested on her hand.
The nature of Pollen's shroud allows it to disrupt and impede the electrical discharge of Mitsu especially because its strength is proportionate to the speed of objects interacting with it.
Verdict Pollen's spike attack proceeds though reaching total destruction, but the egg remains untouched. The nature of Pollen's icicle attack constitutes as a piercer attack since the material surrounding the egg was targeted for damage by Mitsu's autodefense. This allows her attack to pass through the electrical field of Mitsu, but her ability to reinforce the ice is in question; nonetheless, her overall strategy is successful. The fight resumes with Decoy posting from here on. Feel free to reply when ready. Sorry for the delay.
