Riku Orochi
Riku walked rather cattily next to his kage as they made their way to meeting. It seemed rather surprising he was her body guard and advisor, especially seeing as he'd tried killing her three years ago. She was a monster. Eh, he'd thought it worth the effort. He regretted nothing. Well, he supposed in a way he was glad he'd failed. The amount of paperwork a kage had to do was insane. She 'shared' enough with her adviser for him to know that.
“Both of you keep your mouths shut while we're in the meeting, like last year. You can flirt and act disobedient on your own time, but this...this is about our countries reputation, this is about keeping up appearances and we have a good image.”
Riku's face immediately assumed a state of fake shock. "Why me, flirt? You must have me mistaken for some scoundrel. I am a gentleman in every way. Like when I gave the guard to the Tsuchikage CPR during last years conference. She might have died without my intervention!" A click sounded from Riku's mouth as he checked the area. Mostly checking if the Rankage was about to sock him. If she wasn't, he had a loose leash today. Last years conference was fun, fun indeed. Entering the building, he actually did stay mostly silent after clicking to survey the area. His sense of smell identified most of the participants from last year. It was a pity that he didn't know what any of the females looked like. He tried to envision it in his mind, but he'd not really seen enough to know what 'look' meant. It was frustrating to no end to Riku. Oh well, for a blind shinobi from a traitorous clan, he had to say, he'd done pretty good for himself. Advisor to a kage, a (relatively) respectable jonin, he'd not done too bad.
