[@thewizardguy] Access OUT of the nexus is generally extremely restricted. It's a power that used to be everywhere in people's backstories and powers, but then when people tried to actually use them, the GMs were like "Wait, what, no, you can't do that!" A whole bunch of people basically have non-canon backstories because of it.
