Interesting character, though we have some few issues that most be addressed:

First and foremost is the lack of a faction since we really don't take neutral characters normally. However, since there's one exception to this and I had an idea for a good introduction to this character, I'm willing to give a pass on it for this moment. In the end of the day, he'll likely have to choose a faction to belong to (really he needs to join the Machina since they are too weakened as is). However, he can join as factionless if [@TheWindel] agrees.

Powerwise he's ok, however, that item he has has another problem that can be addressed with a bit of correction and possibly be used as a plot point in the short future. The Nexus is a locked world, for plot relevant reasons and none is supposed to be able to go in or out without authorization for the "Gatekeeper". However, if he doesn't start jumping in and out of the setting, I can think of a way to work that thing that can be relevant to the story.
