West, since you had added a good deal to this game, I will listen to any rebuttal you have if and when you return and might consider reinstating you, depending on what sort of excuse you have. However for now Arsenal will be carried forward with the Jacks by me until I have an in game reason to separate him from the group, same with Artificer of the Minutemen. Exhale will be a random NPC that can show up anywhere at any time I or Eklispe deem appropriate.
