Okay since this still says apply status, I made a Hexblade Patron/Pact of the Blade Warlock. Sort of half-inspired by the old Final Fantasy Mystic Knight job class. "Otherworldly Patron: Hexblade" is UA, as are the invocations "Improved Pact Weapon" and "Eldritch Smite".
I suggest checking out UA: Revised Class Options for the revised eldritch invocations. A couple of them really strengthen Hexblade (you can now Eldritch Smite with any melee weapon instead of just the Greatsword, meaning STR is less important).
[@Cardamonelaw] What if we had to Identify 2 items? Hrm? Didn't think it'd ever get this hard? Where is your GOD now? You are and were correct. The first question was actually if I wanted to tinker around a bit more before the official start of the campaign and gain Arcane rituals as well. I'd imagine my cleric as a cleric but a dabbler in the arcane not quite a multiclass but knows his way around magic to keep up with the wizards, warlocks, and sorcerers who have came to his Order's Temples seeking books on lore.
You need a feat to "dabble" in arcane rituals (Ritual Casting feat). I believe that feat sets the rules and limitations on it, and you likely would have to pick it up at lvl 4 in order to have it now, unless you're a variant human. In short, the Cleric ritual casting ability only applies to Cleric spells that you have prepared, not to arcane rituals or non-prepared spells.
