I guess the theme I was going for was the 'The Legendary Sea Monster' class of Leviathan that's so fuckoff gargantuan that only 'small' bits of it can be seen at one time because it's size literally encompasses the entirety of the ocean floor where light does not reach. ...because it is that darkness given sentience. Calling it a simple good of water seemed a bit disingenuous to it's design and nature since it's more of a physical embodyiment of primeevil darkness that awoke to the sounds of mortals' dreams resonating from their souls, but I don't want it to come off as op or anything. I'm fine with Kaz using the name, though with a pic like that, I guess I was expecting some mention of where his people were from. I can just reclassify what Otisdahnfis is, I'm more concerned with what Kaz was trying to do. It just seemed a bit arrogant for his species to call themselves "Leviathans", live in the ocean and worship a different deity. Or, if they don't live in the ocean, why not, and why are they called that? The character's backstory doesn't offer much actual information.
