Although to ask what's going on with the NCR, I Sent an Body double to the convention to basically piss off the legion and make them think we are invading Arizona. The double ask mocked an tribal warlord and was stabbed by one of her brainwashed follower/adopted daughter.

the double is also being influenced by the dark lord...
