At this point I've made myself somewhat more of a political piece more than anything, I may be working with a resistance from the human side (And from the looks of it, I am the only one that is doing this angle of approach) so we'll see how the ball rolls from there since from studying the Emperor's actions further I've found that there is little the Humans would hate him for, aside from fringe worlds being somewhat left high and dry, and others being forcefully relocated to sectors with a Xeno presence.
