[@SepticGentleman]I knew I missed someone! Yes, you are allowed up to two characters so long as you can handle both of them. Any higher numbers and we can discuss it after the roleplay. 

[@Shard][@GodOfWar] Shard is correct about the rooms as well, I'll be using random.org to assign them but the students are free to spend time in one another's rooms.
