So for story no posting order and for combat there will be a posting order based on initiative. You will have 48 hours to post combat before I will decide that you are either skipped or I may treat it as a critical fail and you end up falling down or something. Anyone who is opposed or has questions/ideas feel free to speak up.
I agree. Storywise, I'd say no strict posting order, just the usual amount of RP courtesy. Combat wise do initiative, give a 48 hour rule. If not made in time (or any notice of electing to delay a turn or pass), then GM can opt to Delay the turn and force the player to take a Disadvantage (as incentive to post when required!) on their next roll, OR alternatively, DM can hotseat the role or give it to another player if it is crucial to the team, with a Disadvantage on the missing player's Roll at the DM's choice (only fair since the DM had to intervene, and now gets to intervene again). I propose we declare our actions in the OOC first (which satisfies the posting requirement for time purposes). IC posting however should be 50/50. Maybe we can declare the IC actions based on the OOC, however we do not describe the outcome, unless the DM has replied in the OOC to inform us of the outcome. The IC posting in itself can be delayed (just reserve a space to establish the order) and edit once the outcome is known. So mechanics don't hinder the writing in itself, nor vice versa.
