[@6slyboy6] It depends, The Black Sun is a resistance group to anyone with complete power, most of these people are from fringe worlds or worlds with heavy military presence and high Civil Unrest as they blame the lack of action on the Empire.

Martin being born on a fringe world understands the problem and is willing to go through the political route but if necessary will go through open revolt.

Not everyone is willing to wait for the order of open revolt or willing to wait to see if the political route will work, Martin understands this and tries to mitigate the pressure on known worlds with civil unrest. He is Imperial but he is also a revolutionary. Don't know yet whether to involve Xenos in the Black Suns, but it is an interesting thought.
