So I noticed your fairly new to this site? (Or maybe just a new account?)
Anyway as this is part of the new 'Expanding Horizons' project you will need to follow the character format laid out over [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/48-character-submissions]here[/url] and get approval from the GM's.

If that's not your thing there are plenty of other games going on under the free, casual and advanced interest checks.
I suggest explore the site a bit and get used to the layout. ;)
