He yanked at the bottom of his vest to smooth it out before looking over towards Caesar as he was spoken to. "Right, sorry about that. Been a bad day," he said as he reached into his inner jacket pocket and pulled out his credentials. "Special Agent Marc Tinder, FBI," he said as he handed it over to Caesar so he could take a better look at it. "Been working on this case for months," he added as he leaned back against the wall and rubbed the back of his neck. He was feeling tense right then. "Followed a lead from Seattle down here. Was all work but now it's personal," he admitted before shaking his head and looking over towards Cecily. "You're Riley's roommate aren't you? The one I was supposed to meet for dinner?" he asked cocking a brow. He hadn't thought about the meeting for a bit due to everything going to hell in a handbasket but now that things were calming down and he was waiting on the GPS cords for the tracking device in Cynthia he was able to get a better look around. "Yeah but try not to worry. I will do everything I can to get her back. Went to high school with her, the girl has been through a lot. And yes, anything you have on Cynthia right now or observed before I arrived would be great." He stepped over to Iris and placed a hand on her shoulder, giving it a slight squeeze before letting go as the swat team ran in to the corridor from the back stairs where Caesar had entered. "You guys are a little late," he growled under his breath. Zoies Farm: - Zoie kept working outside, trying to get the evening chores done. It was hard work but it helped her to clear her head and the night air was a welcome change from the heat of the day. Granted the heat in Justice was nothing compared to what she had grown up with, so she didn't complain much. In her study there were walls of shelves all filled with books. She had a wide variety of things to read. Everything from trashy romance novels, to mysteries, to books of history on things like Ancient Egypt to Medieval England. Some of the books look like they hadn't been touched since they were bought but for the most part they were all well read and taken care of. Seemed that Zoie had a wide taste in what she read. There were a few shelves that weren't filled with books, but DVD's - tons of movies but most of them were older. She really didn't have a lot of the newer stuff that was out these days. Most of them are what people would have called B-Rated movies or movies so bad they're awesome and had a cult following. Roys Uber Mobile: - "Don't even joke about that, been avoiding that exam for a while now," Roy said trying to force a smile. It wasn't easy, he was light headed and in a shit ton of pain. He was really thinking about retiring at this point and vanishing to some deserted island in the middle of the Pacific. Looking at the message he grimaced a bit and nodded. "Yeah, well not on me but at the safe house. What is all that about?" he asked as he turned down another street and passed a corner store/gas station. They were close. "And it isn't the worst part of town but it is bad enough to keep cops on the edge and decent enough to where people mind their own business," he added as he pulled into a parking spot and turned off the engine. It was a smaller house and looked to be built during the 1920's. The entire street seemed to be frozen in time and looked a lot like the Urban Decay that was happening in Detroit. Many of the houses looked abandoned. Which was fine with him.
