I updated the Char tab!

- Team FJAC (Flapjack) is now on the Char tab! Sorry for the long overdue update. ^^; [@Crimson Raven][@Caasicam][@SuperCustodiam][@Plank Sinatra]

- Moved all NPC teams under Player teams for each category! It should be a little less cluttered now.

- Added a Faculty and Misc. section! This means characters like Tearlag, Emerald's parents, and etc have a place now. [@Abillioncats][@Crimmy]
