He is extremely amorous, and will constantly flirt with any attractive woman he sees. Despite his tendencies though, Willy has some degree of self control and a set of morals that he tries to follow. Like most candy, the one's Willy produces are still edible and susceptible to extreme heat.

Also, aside from being physically fit, I think how fleet-footed and acrobatic he is needs to be mentioned. Grandiose feats of movement and finesse such as flips and the like, work wonders in impressing others. Strength-wise, nothing amazing, but he's no pushover.[/INDENT][/INDENT]

To successfully impress and win over women, Willy believed that his good looks wouldn't be enough. Years of exercise has given him a toned and chiseled body capable of physical feats he has deemed as necessities to be used to seduce the opposite sex. Basically, Willy's quite productive when exercising; to him, its more of a craft than anything else.

Before perusing the path of the physical fit and appealing, Willy was convinced that being an intellectual was the only thing that one needed to win over women. The field of medicine was what he focused on; Willy believed that as a doctor, females would simply allow him to fondle their bodies as much as he wished. [INDENT][INDENT]Willy comes from the country of Erotica, a unified archipelago found in the New World. Its ruled by a monarchy, with the royal family having sat on the throne for over centuries. The society is heavily patriarchal, with status and wealth in Erotica determined by the size of one's harem.

Before we get into his story, it should be noted that Erotians have a very curious reproductive cycle. While they are able to procreate with almost any other biological species, the result will always be the same - a child conceived from Erotian seed will always be a male Erotian. Naturally, this would create an issue for the Erotians because without any females the species would gradually die out.
 
In the past, the Erotians were essentially pirates and bandits, attacking other countries and capturing their women to use for conceiving children. They were hated and feared throughout the seas, though never strong, advanced, or aggressive enough to be considered anything more dangerous. The rise of powerful nations lead to a certain degree of dominance over neighboring waters, leaving the Erotians with no room to continue doing as they pleased.
 
Unable to simply take things by force, a new career path was born for ambitious young Erotian men. They would scour the seas and use their charm and libido to gather a harem, which they would then take back to Erotica to help ensure the survival of their species. What a noble endeavor it was, and Wonka Williams, despite his lineage, was perhaps the most noble of all Erotians. 

Born into a family of commoners who were known for being quite timid and bashful, many thought little of Willy and considered him to be nothing more but another poor excuse for an Erotian. As he came of age, most were left surprised not by his persevering nature and optimistic way of life, but by his booming confidence. He was considered an anomaly by his kin. With dreams of ruling their country, Willy spent most of his days honing his body and polishing his mind, since both were definitely needed to win over the hearts women all over the world. As a parting gift from his family, Willy received their family's most prized possession; a devil fruit that was said to be the sweetest of its kind.

With an extremely bitter taste in his mouth, Willy left Erotica and sailed the seas, facing danger alone and head on. Months had passed, and his journey was not as fruitful as he wished. His harem had remained empty as he had failed to charm over hundreds of women. Unfazed by failures, he continued to journey throughout the New World, eventually leading to cross paths with a marine Rear-Admiral who went by the name of Freyja. 

The moment Willy laid eyes on her, he immediately knew that it was love at first sight. His advances and breech of personal space were unappreciated and left him with several broken bones and the inability to chew his food. After months of rehabilitation and treatment, Willy was ready for another go at it. Enlisting himself into the marines, he aimed to rise among their ranks, hoping to lessen the distance between him and his beloved with power and authority. Sadly, things hadn't gone according to what he had planned. Unable to focus on his training when in the presence of the opposite sex, he status within the marines was unchanged. Seeing Willy as somewhat of a lost cause, his persistent request for a transfer to G5 was finally granted.

Two weeks has passed since his reassignment; so far, Willy has had zero progress in his attempt of successfully winning over the heart of his superior officer.[/INDENT][/INDENT]
