As Shin reached the top of the elevator shaft he reflected on how the last fifteen minutes had drastically changed the lives of everyone he knew. Fifteen minutes ago he was celebrating his 18th birthday with the other clones, playing with his homemade scouter. He personally measured 501,278, and was technically one of the weakest ones there, but with Kaioken X6 he could push it to over three million and be one of the strongest. He checked a few of the others, telling them their ratings, but put it away when Android 16 brought out the cake. They had used the last of their flour to make it, but it was worth it. Then the power shut off, and when they checked the generators they realized that only the auxiliary reactors could be brought back online, and they didn't produce near enough power to power the gravity generator or time dilator. They had no choice but for some of them to go find Dr. Briefs and bring him back to repair it. Shin forced the doors at the top of the shaft open and flew out of the entrance to the cave it was in. Once the dilation field was down they were able to sense at least two powerful people in the world, but the Cyborgs didn't give off a signal they could detect, so they knew it wasn't those two. "I'm going to fly around the area and make sure the cyborgs aren't near." he said to no one in particular and started circling. After a minute of two he landed about a kilometer from the cave and looked up at the sky. On the horizon he could see the sun starting to come up, but the moon was also in the sky. The first true moon I've ever seen, and it's full. he thought. The moon was beautiful, in fact. He couldn't take his eyes off of it. Just thinking about it made his heart beat faster, more powerfully. It began to consume him.
