Just for reference, Kethan is speaking only to Tessa so far as they make their plans. He's not being loud at all.
So maybe Tessa might be named, but you'd have to be listening to the Cleric over the booming voices of the others since he's just speaking to one person, not the entire tavern.

Edit: Although technically I could have had Kethan use that Cleric's cantrip and make his Voice Mysteriously Boom, the Ground Tremble, and the Doors and Windows suddenly slam shut. 

Which of course is the plan should a Spy attempt to go running to the mayor actually magically slam the door on the fleeing informant and them proceed to interrogate him. Making a joke that if you won't confess, then he'll just have to let the others in their newly formed party hurt you until he's out of healing for the day. Then they can kill him, and when that's done, he will see if your spirit is more talkative, and if that's not enough incentive to talk, Tessa could always use another mindless zombie to serve her biddng.
