My power already counters infrared, but sonar might work. The sound would get neutralized upon trying to echo off of Jared's body, but that might be even more obvious, as what appears to be a human-shaped void of sound would appear on the radar. Besides, Jared has to sleep eventually, and I assume the facility is massive and incredibly complex. A single wrong breath, or a long hallway full of cameras would screw him over. Let's just pray that the guards are having a [b]really[/b] bad day and are taking a while to catch up to us...
