There's this guy in one of RPs I'm in offsite who doesn't separate the OOC portions of his post and puts emoticons in his posts.  He's a decent roleplayer otherwise, but it's getting annoying.  And the worst part is that most GMs will let a person know that they have to at least indicate what's OOC with double brackets or something of the sort, but the GM isn't doing anything about it, and I feel like it's not really my place to tell the RPer about this since I'm not GMing the roleplay.
