[@Lunar] I did some research about MGE creatures similar to what you've described, and it sounds to me like what you want is a Werewolf-Elf, along the lines of Primera Concerto. Looking at the article on her, she managed to become a Werewolf-Elf as a result of being half-human, since normally a full-blooded elf would just be monsterized as an elf, and in fact benefits from both aspects of her monsterisation as a result. That doesn't necessarily sound like a unique occurence either, despite the somewhat unique circumstances, so it could theoretically be replicated, potentially by birth.

Incidentally, though, MGE werewolves don't "transform" into full wolves at any point. They're just very rapey, and moreso when they enter heat. So, you know. Think about that.
