[@mattmanganon]Could actually be made to fit this easily by making "her" a clone of Launch with Saiyan DNA.  That would connect her normal transformation with her SSJ or Oozaru state, or at least immense power.  Normally friendly, but when she gets angry, so transforms into a blonde haired maniac until calmed down or knocked out.  OR killed, but they wouldn't do that.

If you want to stick with this exact character, though, I'll try to figure out a way for them to fit in.
