Eevee could dodge only thanks to Erza's focus and the fact that it's sand-attack went through, meaning that Spheal's accuracy was not the same as before. Rory went for a combination there, defense curl and rollout. If Eevee didn't had to dodge, he'd manage to get another tackle in the meantime, but leaping out of position costed the time of the attack. Now, Erza's mind was trying to formulate a possibility of getting through his opponent's pokémon defenses.

Eevee, [b]don't get caught by the rollout![/b] Use tail-whip and focus on dodging it!"[/color] With that, the Eevee swiftly moved from side to side on the field - avoiding the Spheal - all the while it wigged it's tail, distracting the opposing pokémon in hopes of lowering it's boosted defense. To win this match, Erza'd need to cut the offense slightly until he wore the Spheal down.
