Alexis awoke slowly and for a moment she forgot she was injured, and then she moved. Pursing her lips momentarily she moved a little more carefully. Her hair was a mess. She stood up and stretched trying not to pull her side too hard. [color=f6989d]"I was worried about you. My father was acting weird and I just wanted to make sure that he didn't ship you back to your father while I was asleep. And then I was too tired to walk back so I sat down and passed out."[/color]

Alexis was genuinely worried that she would be deemed unfit to fight monsters because they both got hurt. It just backed up Ellinora's concerns that girls shouldn't be fighting creatures of the night.
