Fendros smiled. "Thank you, Meesei." He reached an arm around Ahnasha's side, giving her a small grin. "For falling head-first into it, we aren't performing too poorly with parenting, aren't we?"

Meesei's last comment caused Sabine to shoot her a wide-eyed look. Her jaw dropped and a flush went up her face. With a motion crossed between a cringe and a laugh, Sabine looked ahead and spoke. "Meesei, that is still embarrassing."

Fendros couldn't help but chortle. "Oh, you didn't catch her in the act, did you? With Peiter?"

Sabine groaned quietly, covering her face with her hands. "Divines, no she did not! Not...exactly."
