The strap of her duffel bag stayed in place never slipping from her shoulder thanks to her superhuman adhesive ability. Not only did it allow Alexia to cling to walls, but it also allowed other objects to cling to her when she so chose. She couldn't hear the footsteps thanks to the music playing loudly through her earbuds Alexia could sense the others starting to slowly group around her. Not only were there a few students ahead of her, but following behind her now as well. She did not to turn to look to see whom else had arrived. There would be plenty of time to learn of and interact with others later, she assumed. Alexia's brown eyes her focused on what laid ahead of her: the Academy. What were they waiting on? The foul odor of the cigar hit Alexia's nose before she heard the muffled sound of someone talking beside her. "Showoffs, huh?" Alexia reached up and removed the earbud. "Got a quick question for you." The woman's glowing eyes surprised Alexia, making the girl do a double take. "Where is that assembly thing that we are supposed to go to?" She found the fading black patches of skin curious as well, but chose not to inquire about them. Alexia did not know. In fact, this was the first time she had heard of an assembly. Maybe there was something mentioned in that generic letter she received a few weeks ago, but Alexia had only half glanced over it at the time. It was a copy of the letter sent to many of the would be students of the new school for inexperienced superhumans. Unlike the others, so she assumed, Alexia's letter did not arrive through mail but rather handed to her personally. One of the 'benefits' of living with one of the faculty. The young clone shook her head in reply to the woman's question. "I am surprised that no one has come to greet us yet." Alexia said somewhat more to herself than to the red head walking beside her. And, once again her light brown eyes looked up towards the front doors of the school that grew closer with every step.
