Sitting in one of the heavy seats of the darkened and grimy interior of the Thunderhawk would be a towering, ominous figure; clad in a loose set of gothic plate armor and tattered cloak above a dark brown bodyglove. It occasionally stared across the insides of the Thunderhawk at the other passengers through the grim skeletal skull that adorned the front side of its helmet; a dim, purple light barely visible at the center of its hallow, dark sockets. There were two other skulls were positioned on either side of the figure, currently attached to a duo of sockets in the Thunderhawk's interior. They were a pair of dormant servo skulls, easily confused as part of the interior in their deactivated state. Yet, behind the grim facade of the mask, Adrianne felt borderline giddy, and barely able to contain her excitement as they were headed towards the planet's surface! The Psyker had always enjoyed the thrill of the flight! Although she would much have preferred to be in the pilot seat, she still enjoyed the sense of weightlessness and feeling being shifted in random directions as they flew through the storm, the heavy metal Thunderhawk being thrown haphazardly in random directions by the storm! "Do not fear," Adrianne finally spoke, her voice sounding robotic through the skeletal mask as she looked out across the other passengers in the Thunderhawk. "I have foreseen our safe arrival on the planet's surface. The tides of woe will not greet us until our boots are firmly on the ground!" Although she initially felt a little quizzical at how the other passengers were feeling so uncomfortable at flying into a violent storm with little to no visual of what was happening on the outside, the Psyker eventually supposed that their inability to foresee their own safe landing might explain their discomfort! Either way, it provided a small bit of amusement on their way to the surface. The landing was rough, but Adrianne; being firmly strapped into her seat; only experienced a light bounce as they landed! Although the padding of her seat was only minimal, one of the benefits of being more than just skin and bone was that her own butt made up for some of the lackluster design, and the whole experience could be borderline described as a comfortable landing! ... if you already knew you weren't going to immediately die, that was. "Do not use the weapon without my clearance, we are to remain hidden for the time being and meet up with the Imperial Guardsmen "Whaaat? I wasn't going to!" Adrianne complained, already sounding a little accused by the remark as she unbuckled herself and got out of her seat. With a faint whirr, the empty eye sockets of the servo-skulls behind her suddenly lit up with two pairs of haunting, red lights; as the two servo-skulls detached themselves from their sockets and began to float around the Thunderhawk's interior as they accompanied the Psyker out; their long, robotic spines hanging and floating behind them in an almost snake-like fashion through the air! Walking outside, Adrianne could immediately feel the droplets of rain fall on her helmet and armor. Due to the heavy storm, it was difficult to see very far, the wind, rain and darkness obscuring much of her view. However, as the servo-skulls came out the Thunderhawk, she could see her own vision through the visors of her helmet become enhanced as the servo-skulls own pict sensors became synchronized with Adrianne's suit, giving her a slightly more digital rendering of areas of her vision that were otherwise obscured or darkened by the storm. "Drive or fire?" "Oohhhh!" Adrianne's senses suddenly jumped to at the line of questioning, barely able to quiet her own little gasp as she looked back down at Herold, and she already knew the answer! "I'll drive, you shoot, Arbites! Given we're in Greenskin territory, I imagine the number of traffic laws to have been dramatically reduced anyway!" She said, as the Psyker's pace suddenly dramatically quickened; Adrianne now traversing across the ground in long, purposeful strides that might almost forced Herold to run in order to keep up! And the reason for this? Adrianne almost never got to drive! If she got the chance, there was no chance in the warp that Adrianne would let it go, as she hurried towards the location of the Taurox, her long, white ponytail flowing over her tattered cloak behind her as she marched with rapid succession! Their Taurox had fared not quite as well as that of Aviza's own, one of the wheels being halfway buried in the mud as the whole vehicle was slightly tilted! Adrianne, unwilling to waste a single second, suddenly grasped forward; the air around her suddenly growing tense for a moment; before violently pulling her arm back, using her powers to give the large, armored vehicle a tug that was enough to pull the tire out of the hole and right the vehicle! "This is Dark Raven, we have located our vehicle and are preparing to mount up, over!" Adrianne spoke through the vox box built into her helmet as she pulled the heavily plated door of the Taurox aside and nearly jumped into the driver's seat, motioning for Herold to quickly follow. The servo skulls on the other hand snaked around the vehicle, each of them finding a spot on the Taurox's exterior where they latched themselves onto the vehicle, where they could maintain a better overwatch than from the limited and cramped confines of the vehicle's interior! " - lead the way, we,- hurry up Herold! ,- we'll follow right behind, out!" She continued speaking as her fingers clutched the steering wheel, a clear tone of excitement audible in her voice!
