[@FlitterFaux] That would depend on your definition of "dumb AI." IMO, all forms of AI would be capable within what they are tasked to do, it's just reliant on the AI's simplicity or complexity. If it's a turret, its primary focus is to shoot things. If it's a turret that moves, it's probably going to focus on just shooting things anyway, but with the addition of movement hardwired into its actions. How it is programmed to act in a battle should be up to you, because not all AIs of the same field would necessarily perform exactly the same, even if there are, say, two different turrets that can move.
